Three Nigerian pastors top list of wealthiest clerics around the world

Three prominent Nigerian pastors are the wealthiest around the world.

This is according to information extracted from a report on MSN.

Bishop David Oyedepo tops the list. He’s said to worth US$150 million.

Bishop David Oyedepo is the wealthiest preacher in Nigeria and one of the richest in the whole world. In 2021, he started to build “The Ark,” a 100,000-seat capacity stadium-like sanctuary (still under construction, as of this date).

Pastor E.A. Adeboye, US$65 million

Nigerian pastor Enoch Adeboye was named one of the 50 most powerful people in the world by Newsweek in 2008. Adeboye also made the Top 100 most influential Africans list by New African magazine in 2019.

Bishop Ayo Oritsejafor, US$32 million

The Nigerian Pentecostal bishop (left) is the former president of both the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and the Christian Association of Nigeria.

Bishop T.D. Jakes, US$50 million
