2027: Hon Isaac Terhemba Utim garners massive support

Hon. Isaac Terhemba Utim a fast-rising aspirant for the Kwande/Ushongo Federal House of Representatives seat under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has continued to garner massive support as his  aspiration has been widely described as  “new dawn of possibilities”.
